Importance of cooperation

 My major is culinary, so I had been working for a few months in a restaurant. Through this experience, I realized one significant thing that cooperation is especially important in kitchen. Chefs work together as a team and share roles in process of making dishes. Cooperative working brings advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes, it occurs troubles between workers due to differences of opinion. On the other hand, it also causes many benefits such as finding creative solutions. The main factor why people cooperate each other in kitchen is that they can make good result by sharing their datas and individual ideas. Let’s assume that you make a new restaurant, and you have to find creative concept that is really adapted to your new restaurant’s atmosphere. If you identify with your partners, the partners will help to find methods. In all of area, working involves cooperating. Of course, it can make bad issues because of personality difference. But, if you overcome this situations, cooperation’s benefits will indicate a way to success.
