   In today's society, almost all girls' deepest concern is losing weight for perfect body. Maybe, you are also finding informations about diet throw the Internet. Right? But, Internet sources provide blatant facts such as "Do exercise more and more!", or "Eat only vegetables!" Everybody know that we cannot practice those strick things obviously. Take it easy :) We don't need to follow hard way because we are not celebrities. Just start by a small thing in your real life.
   In morning, you are going to eat cereal with milk or bagel with amount of cream cheese.  You don't mind it but you should! When you buy cereal or milk, you had better find sugar-free cereal and fat-free milk. Also, you must avoid cream cheese. While you are moving to your school or office, please do not touch snacks. In America, almost all people enjoy "Starbucks" and you might also drink a coffee everyday. Americano that does not include sugar and milk is good for your diet! However, you should know that one cup of coffee is enough in a day. Whatever, if anything is too much, it will bring bad effects.
   Like this, just practice a small thing in your real life. The small change will change whole your lifestyle. If you achieve small things, you can make a plan and add some challenges more and more. Don't give up :)
